Early beta waitlist

Automated scratch assay quantification, in your browser.

Upload wound healing assay images and get browser-based scratch assay measurements, figure-ready exports, and methods text for reproducible reporting. Cytomove is designed for cell migration analysis without sending assay images to a server.

Early access for cell migration researchers. No spam.

Images stay local Methods-oriented output ImageJ workflow alternative

From image to reproducible measurement.

Cytomove focuses on the narrow workflow researchers repeat often: measure wound area, review the segmentation, and export results that are easy to cite and reproduce.

01

Upload scratch assay images

Start with single time-point wound healing images directly in the browser.

02

Review detected wound area

Compare the source image with the detected mask before using the measurement.

03

Export figures and methods

Generate figure-ready outputs and methods text for reproducible reporting.

Built for cautious scientific adoption.

Cytomove is being developed by a cell biologist for researchers who need transparent, repeatable scratch assay measurements before they trust automation.

01

Assay images stay in the browser

Image analysis is designed to run client-side; waitlist emails are handled separately through Formspree.

02

Validation is in progress

The current validation plan compares Cytomove measurements with ImageJ/manual reference measurements before beta claims are expanded.
