Start with Image QC, continue to Analysis, then build a publication figure and export 600 DPI PNG/TIFF files plus full-size contour overlays for manual figure assembly. Image QC → Analysis → Publication Figure Builder → Export.
Load local or tutorial images, confirm crop/orientation, and make sure the first image is ready before analysis.
Lock the Image QC snapshot so Analysis uses the reviewed image state instead of drifting back to the original.
Run segmentation on the prepared image, then inspect the calculated contour and numeric wound measurements.
Move through time points, compare masks/overlays, and check the wound area trend before figure building.
Use Publication Figure Builder when control and treatment groups have been analyzed and are ready to compare.
Choose representatives and replicates, adjust panel layout and titles, and preview colored contour overlays.
Export publication-ready figure packages, including 600 DPI PNG/TIFF files and Builder ZIP outputs.
